The deluxe double room I stayed in was too warm and tiny, with noise disturbances from other guests making my stay disappointing. However, the service from the staff was excellent and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance to everything, but some areas needed better maintenance. The dining experience was pleasant with a good selection of food. Overall, a mix of ups and downs.
